Johnson Controls Global Marine Service Denmark in Aarhus seeks a commercially minded Service Sales Manager – Offshore Service Sales to develop Offshore Service Sales across a global customer portfolio. You will partner with offshore operators and marine customers to identify opportunities and grow service revenue with HVAC/R solutions.

Working with technical, operational and commercial teams, you will manage your customer portfolio, sales pipeline, and business development, travel about 30 days

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in sales with growth in a B2B environment.
• Experience selling HVAC/R or marine/offshore services is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiar with CRM tools and sales processes.

• Create innovative, competitive estimates and proposals.
• Plan and document progress using sales tools.
• Identify opportunities and close complex HVAC/R sales.
• Build long-term customer relationships and drive service growth.
• Travel to visit clients approx. 30 travel days per year.
