Job summary

Johnson Controls Global Marine Service Denmark in Aarhus seeks a commercially minded Service Sales Manager – Offshore Service Sales to own and grow Offshore Service Sales for a global client base. You will engage offshore operators with HVAC/R solutions, build lasting relationships, and drive service growth through innovative proposals.

The role involves collaboration with technical, operational and commercial teams, managing a sales pipeline, and traveling to clients about 30 days per year.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded and customer-focused sales professional.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Knowledge of marine HVAC/R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Offshore Service Sales across a global portfolio.
• Build long-term customer relationships and drive service growth.
• Create innovative, competitive estimates and proposals.
• Plan and document progress using sales tools.
• Travel to visit clients (~30 travel days per year).
