Job summary

Johnson Controls Global Marine Service Denmark in Aarhus seeks a commercially minded Service Sales Manager – Offshore Service Sales to grow the Offshore Service Sales across a global customer portfolio. You will own opportunity development, build long-term customer relationships, and drive service growth through HVAC/R solutions.

You will work with technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders while managing your customer portfolio, sales pipeline, and business development activities,

Qualifications

Customer-focused sales professional with strong communication skills.
Experience with sales tools and CRM systems.
Knowledge of marine HVAC/R market.
Technical flair for industrial or marine refrigeration.
Fluency in English and Danish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Create innovative, competitive estimates and proposals.
Use sales tools to plan and document progress.
Qualify and close large and complex HVAC/R sales while meeting targets.
Build long-term customer relations and satisfaction.
Adhere to Johnson Controls ethics, processes, and tools.
Travel to visit clients ~30 days per year.
