Job summary

Johnson Controls Global Marine Service Denmark is seeking a commercially minded Service Sales Manager to grow Offshore Service Sales across a global client portfolio. You will own customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive HVAC/R service growth with the support of technical and commercial teams.

The role requires travel about 30 days per year; fluency in English and Danish is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in service sales and growth.
• Experience in HVAC/R and marine sectors is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Danish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Offshore Service Sales across a global customer portfolio.
• Build long-term customer relationships and drive service growth.
• Collaborate with technical, operational and commercial teams.
• Prepare and present innovative estimates and proposals.
• Travel to visit clients (approx. 30 days per year).
