Job summary

Johnson Controls Global Marine Service Denmark (GMOS-DK) in Aarhus is hiring a Service Sales Manager – Offshore Service Sales to own growth of offshore service sales across a global customer portfolio. You will build trusted relationships with offshore operators and marine customers, identifying opportunities and driving service growth through HVAC/R solutions.

Qualifications

• Customer-driven sales professional with experience in HVAC/R and marine segments.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales processes.
• Fluent in English and Danish (written and spoken).
• Technical education in marine/mechanical/electrical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, competitive, high-quality estimates and proposals.
• Utilize sales tools to plan and document progress on accounts.
• Identify and close simple to complex sales of HVAC/R with a focus on growth.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to Johnson Controls ethics, processes and tools in all engagements.
• Travel to visit clients and prospects (about 30 days per year).
