You will be part of the Office Services team, where you will primarily work in reception and with facilities. You will receive support from the team leader, to whom you will also report.
Our Reception is the first point of contact for clients, local colleagues, and international colleagues. It is important that everyone is greeted warmly, helpfully, and professionally, always ensuring excellent service.
You will be responsible for handling mail, telephone enquiries, and booking requests through our online system. You will also assist with minor IT-related tasks, basic office maintenance such as cleaning and refilling supplies, printing requests, arranging courier services and shipments, and supporting various ad hoc administrative tasks.
When supporting the Facility team, your focus will be on ensuring a tidy, welcoming, and efficient workplace for both colleagues and visitors. The work is hands-on and varied, with tasks changing based on daily business needs. Responsibilities may include proactively maintaining the office environment, replenishing office supplies, assisting with office events, taking ownership of designated areas, and supporting other ad hoc facility-related activities as needed.
You will work an average of 10 hours per week. However, additional hours may be available from time to time, as students are expected to provide coverage during vacations or leaves. The work schedule is coordinated together with the other students and approved by the team leader. Flexibility regarding the schedule is expected.
Morning Shift: Monday to Friday from 09:30-14:00
Evening Shift: Monday to Friday from 14:00-18:30
