Commercially minded HR lead with broad HR experience in an international context

You have strong experience from a similar role in an international, small- or medium-sized commercial organisation, and in combining operational HR responsibilities with strategic business partnering and management support. Ideally, you have been instrumental in setting up an HR function before and enjoy a diverse workday with operational as well as strategic tasks and are able to balance and prioritise both soft and hard HR tasks. Your educational background is probably a relevant university degree within HR or HR Law.

To succeed in this role, it is imperative to have a good knowledge of employment law, employee relations and HR compliance, a strong HR toolbox and a solid insight into managing HR processes in an international context. As a person you are outgoing, enjoy being the sparring partner for the management team and thrive with organisational development where you ensure that top talents are identified and nourished.

On a personal level, you are a good listener and a pragmatic, robust problem-solver with a hands-on approach to your work and thrive in an ever-changing environment with stakeholders with high demands.
