Job summary

Quantexa is expanding its EMEA Public Sector GTM team and seeking a Sales Director, Defence & Security (Nordics) based in Denmark. You will drive business development in Denmark and Norway, targeting national security, defense, and law enforcement.

This is a high-profile, strategic role requiring deep credibility and a consultative approach to replace legacy software with sovereign AI. You will lead sector-specific strategy, manage complex deals, and build trusted relationships with government

Qualifications

• Defence & Law Enforcement Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of operational requirements, intelligence workflows, and data security standards.
• Security Clearance: You must either hold a current active national security clearance in Denmark or Norway, or possess the willingness and capability to achieve top-level clearance.
• Trusted Network: Existing relationships and credibility with senior decision-makers in the Danish and/or Norwegian Defence Ministries, Police forces, or National Security agencies.
• Enterprise Software Sales Record: Proven success selling complex, data-heavy, analytics, AI, or secure intelligence software solutions into defense or intelligence accounts.
• Resilience & Discretion: Exceptional commercial acumen, persistence, and ability to navigate long-cycle, highly secure procurement cycles.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Danish (or Norwegian) and professional English.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Denmark (Copenhagen area).

Responsibilities

• Define Nordic defence & law enforcement GTM strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Lead multi-year, high-value software opportunities within the defence and security sectors.
• Cultivate relationships with defence contractors and secure cloud platform providers.
• Educate stakeholders on how Quantexa's Entity Resolution and AI platform surfaces intelligence and risk.
• Coordinate internal resources to advance opportunities through complex procurement cycles.
