Job summary

IDEMIA Public Security seeks a hands-on Sales Manager to grow its Travel & Transport business across the Nordic region from Copenhagen. You will own the Nordic territory, develop new customers, defend existing accounts, and drive complex procurement cycles to signature.

The role requires a hunter mentality, experience with governmental or public sector sales, and fluency in Danish and English. Occasional travel within the Nordics is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically around 10 years of professional experience in selling complex IT solutions.
• Proven track record of opening and closing new customers.
• Experience with governmental or public sector sales and EU procurement.
• Excellent communication and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Based in Denmark, near Copenhagen.

Responsibilities

• Create your own pipeline and win new customers across the Nordic region.
• Grow and defend existing accounts and expand into new solution areas.
• Run complex sales cycles end to end from first meeting to procurement.
• Navigate multiple stakeholders across operations, legal, procurement and politics.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and legal teams to build proposals.
• Represent IDEMIA with senior decision makers in public authorities and private partners.
