Job summary

Hello Retail is seeking a Partner Growth Manager for the Nordics. You will win new customers and expand accounts with and through our partners, turning shared accounts into conversations and closing deals with the support of an Account Executive.

You will manage a Nordic portfolio, build partner plans, and drive joint opportunities while reactivating dormant partners and bringing on new partners. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on deal work and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in partner-based new business within SaaS or ecommerce tech.
• Ability to build and drive partner accounts and plans.
• Strong negotiation and forecast skills with CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Nordic partners, acting as the commercial counterpart.
• Build partner account plans and coordinate outreach with partners.
• Take partner-sourced deals from first contact to signature with Account Executives.
• Reactivate dormant partners and recruit new ones to expand the network.
• Introduce Product Agents to partners and onboard full-service partners.
