Job summary

atNorth is seeking a Leadership Development Partner to design, deliver and continuously improve leadership programs across Nordics. You will coach leaders 1:1, facilitate cohorts and cross-border forums, and shape succession planning to prepare future leaders.

Ideal candidates have a strong track record in leadership development, coaching credentials (ICF ACC/ PCC a plus), and experience with assessment tools like 360 feedback. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• You have at least +7 years of proven track record/experience from a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the atNorth Leadership Development program for all leaders, along with customised and on-demand leadership training modules.
• Design and run onboarding cohorts for first-time people managers and help them build a strong foundation from day one.
• Provide 1:1 coaching for selected leaders.
• Co-own and facilitate the atNorth leaders’ forums and Leadership Hub (self service) from content development, agenda setting to follow-up actions.
• Use participant feedback, outcome data and assessment tools (such as 360 feedback) to continuously improve our programs.
