Job summary

atNorth is a Nordic data center company seeking a Leadership Development Partner to design, deliver and continuously improve leadership programs across Denmark, Finland, Sweden and beyond. You will coach leaders 1:1, facilitate cohorts, and connect leaders across borders to share learning and build leadership capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in a similar leadership development role.
• Masters degree in organizational psychology, HR, education or related field.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs across multiple countries, in person and online.
• ICF ACC/PCC certification is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with leadership assessment tools such as 360 feedback, Insights Discovery/DISC or Hogan.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the atNorth Leadership Development program for all leaders, including onboarding cohorts for first-time managers.
• Co-create and maintain leadership and people concepts.
• Provide 1:1 coaching for selected leaders and run cohorts/forums.
• Collaborate with People & Culture managers and L&D team on program data and improvements.
• Use feedback and assessment tools to continuously improve programs.
