Job summary

atNorth, a Nordic data center company, is seeking a Leadership & Learning Coordinator to streamline leadership development across Denmark, Finland and Sweden. You will own LMS and SharePoint, coordinate cohorts across time zones, and ensure training records are audit-ready.

The role combines operations, content design, and stakeholder management in an international setting. You will work with the Leadership, Learning & Development team and contribute to a culture that values learning and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Learning & Development coordination, HR operations programmes or a similar role.
• Qualification in business administration, HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in HR operations, L&D coordination or compliance administration in a multi-country organization is a plus.
• Experience with an LMS, SharePoint or similar tools is an advantage.
• Eye for design and ability to create clear visuals for training and communication.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to keep things accurate and on track.
• Excellent communication, able to follow up and keep people accountable in a friendly way.
• Handles confidential and audit-related data with discretion and reliability.
• Thrives in an international setting and speaks and writes fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule leadership cohorts, workshops and recurring development cycles across countries and time zones.
• Handle vendor logistics, including venues, materials and travel, for both in-person and virtual sessions.
• Own our LMS: user accounts, access, enrollments and keeping content and links up to date.
• Keep our self-service SharePoint hubs fresh, easy to use and easy to navigate.
• Administer 360 feedback surveys for our leaders (in HiBob).
• Help develop leadership and People & Culture content, from training materials to meeting decks and visuals.
• Run the monthly leadership newsletter and other leadership communication, and schedule online information meetings.
• Support onboarding for new leaders.
• Keep mandatory training on track: map requirements by role, country and site, enroll employees, follow up on overdue completions and track certification renewals.
• Keep training records audit-ready, report on completion status and risk, act as a point of contact during external audits and manage learning provider contracts and invoicing.
