atNorth is seeking a Leadership Development Partner to design, deliver and continuously improve leadership programs across Nordics. You will coach leaders 1:1, facilitate cohorts and cross-border forums, and shape succession planning to prepare future leaders.
Ideal candidates have a strong track record in leadership development, coaching credentials (ICF ACC/ PCC a plus), and experience with assessment tools like 360 feedback. English fluency is required.
atNorth is a leading Nordic data center company providing cost-effective, scalable high-density colocation and built-to-suit services to industry-leading organizations across Iceland, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
With sustainability at our core, our data centers run on renewable energy and are designed according to circular economy principles. Through innovative design, power efficiency, and intelligent operations, we deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure.
Headquartered in Reykjavik, Iceland, atNorth operates eight data centers across the Nordics, with additional sites under development in Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
We combine world-class technology with a people-first culture built on collaboration, ownership, and trust, empowering our teams to grow, take responsibility, and make a real impact.
By joining our international team, you will help shape the future of sustainable digital infrastructure.
Most leadership roles let you improve a program. This one lets you shape how a fast-growing Nordic company develops its leaders.
atNorth is scaling quickly across five countries, and our leaders are building something new while they lead it. They need development that fits their real situations: a first‑time manager taking over a team at a new site, or a senior leader handling growth, change and complexity at the same time. As our Leadership Development Partner, you'll be the person they turn to.
You'll design and deliver our leadership programs from first‑time people managers to senior leaders. You'll coach leaders one to one, facilitate cohorts and forums, and connect leaders across borders so they learn from each other. You'll also help shape how we assess, promote and plan succession for our leaders, so your work will influence who leads atNorth in the future.
You'll work closely with the Head of Leadership, Learning & Development, our P&C Managers and the Learning & Development team. You'll have real ownership: you choose facilitators and coaches, adjust programs based on what the data shows, and recommend leader promotions. If you're an experienced leadership developer who wants to see the results of your work, this is the role for you.
We believe that sustainable success starts with the wellbeing of our people. For us, an open, transparent, and inclusive culture is more than a priority, it is the core of how we lead and innovate.
We don’t just talk about culture; we nurture it. Through regular one‑to‑one engagements and monthly wellbeing surveys, we listen carefully to our teams, ensuring that every voice is heard and every opportunity for improvement is embraced.
We recognize that innovation and collaboration thrive where people feel truly connected, which is why we come together each week to share ideas, strengthen relationships, and nurture a sense of belonging, sometimes over a simple breakfast and good conversation.
At atNorth, we are building a community where you can do your best work and shape a sustainable future together.
