Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
atNorth, a Nordic data center company, is seeking a Leadership & Learning Coordinator to streamline leadership development across Denmark, Finland and Sweden. You will own LMS and SharePoint, coordinate cohorts across time zones, and ensure training records are audit-ready.
The role combines operations, content design, and stakeholder management in an international setting. You will work with the Leadership, Learning & Development team and contribute to a culture that values learning and growth.
atNorth is a leading Nordic data center company providing cost-effective, scalable high-density colocation and built-to-suit services to industry-leading organizations across Iceland, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
With sustainability at our core, our data centers run on renewable energy and are designed according to circular economy principles. Through innovative design, power efficiency, and intelligent operations, we deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure.
Headquartered in Reykjavik, Iceland, atNorth operates eight data centers across the Nordics, with additional sites under development in Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
We combine world-class technology with a people-first culture built on collaboration, ownership, and trust, empowering our teams to grow, take responsibility, and make a real impact.
By joining our international team, you will help shape the future of sustainable digital infrastructure.
Love systems that just work? Get a kick out of turning a messy calendar into a perfectly run program? Then this could be your next move.
atNorth has grown fast, and our leaders and teams across five countries need learning that is easy to find, well organized and always up to date.
As our Leadership & Learning Coordinator, you become the operational backbone of our Leadership, Learning & Development function. You make sure cohorts start on time, platforms stay current, leaders get the right information at the right moment, and our training records are always ready for audit.
This is a hands‑on role with a lot of variety. One day you're setting up a leadership cohort across three time zones, the next you're designing a sharp training visual, building a newsletter or helping a new leader get off to a great start.
You'll own our LMS and SharePoint hubs, so if you're the person who builds better workflows and automations without being asked, you'll fit right in.
You'll work closely with the Manager of Leadership, Learning & Development and a team that cares about developing people. You'll have plenty of room to bring in your own ideas, improve how we work and grow with a company that is shaping the future of digital infrastructure.

We recognize that innovation and collaboration thrive where people feel truly connected, which is why we come together each week to share ideas, strengthen relationships, and nurture a sense of belonging, sometimes over a simple breakfast and good conversation.
At atNorth, we are building a community where you can do your best work and shape a sustainable future together.
