Job summary

HOYER GmbH, located in Hampen, Denmark, seeks an HR Business Partner Nordic (m/f/d) on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) to translate business objectives into people strategies and support leaders across the Nordic region.

As a trusted advisor, you will drive organizational development, ensure compliance with Danish labor laws, and manage HR operations, payroll, and analytics, while promoting an inclusive HOYER culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of generalist HRBP or operational HR experience.
• Fluency in English and Danish.
• Strong knowledge of Danish labor law and co-determination.
• Willingness to travel within the Nordic region.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HRBP and strategic advisor to managers.
• Coach leaders on people-related matters and engagement.
• Drive organizational development, reorganisations, M&A, and integration of entities.
• Promote HOYER culture through diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Manage employee relations topics, including conflicts and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws in collaboration with external advisors.
• Oversee core HR operations, payroll coordination, data management, and HR analytics.
