Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Copenhagen seeks a People Experience Partner Nordics to lead HR programs, manage payroll across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, and ensure a seamless employee experience from onboarding to retirement.

The role partners with business leaders to drive improvements, ensure legal compliance, and foster an inclusive culture. Fluent English and a Scandinavian language are required; on-site in the Nordics with a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of relevant, progressive human resources experience, combining HR Generalist responsibilities with hands-on payroll and benefits administration.
• Nordic Market Experience: Proven track record running and / or overseeing payroll and benefits administration across multiple Nordic countries
• Strong knowledge of Nordic labor laws, local tax structures, social security environments, and CBAs
• Hands-on experience working with cloud-based HRIS-platforms and major Nordic payroll solutions
• Demonstrated ownership in managing competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and complex timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional fluency in at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) and excellent verbal and written communication in English

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading global Nordic HR programs and employee lifecycle activities.
• Overseeing end-to-end Nordic payroll preparation and validation across multiple countries.
• Advising managers on performance, development, and employee relations to elevate team performance.
• Driving continuous improvement with data analytics and digital tools for HR service delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and GDPR in all HR processes.
• Coordinating with external payroll providers to guarantee accuracy and SOX compliance.
