Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English.
• Structured approach, strong attention to detail, and ability to see tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Administration of payroll for the Nordic countries via an outsourced process.
• Management of reimbursements and government compensation cases across the countries with payroll providers.
• Support to the HR Director in GDPR compliance and HR data administration.
