ETAP Software in Copenhagen seeks a Business Director Nordic to lead development, performance and growth of the Nordic business. You will own revenue targets, forecast accuracy, and pipeline quality, and define the country go-to-market plan and market strategy.

The role requires building a high‑performing sales organization, managing key accounts and partner ecosystems, driving cross‑portfolio positioning of ETAP, SEE and Caneco, and ensuring data‑driven decisions with CRM and regular forecasts.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the agreed revenue + TCV targets and drive sustainable business growth.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline quality.
• Define and execute the country business plan and go-to-market strategy.
• Prioritize target segments and markets based on business potential.
• Develop and expand the key account base.
• Develop and manage the partner channel to increase revenue contribution.
• Drive Schneider Electric synergy execution and pipeline generation.
• Leverage Schneider Electric as a market multiplier.
• Own and drive the full ETAP, SEE and Caneco portfolio in the region.
• Ensure clear positioning and cross-selling across the portfolio.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing sales organization.
• Define clear roles, KPIs and accountability within the team.
• Drive performance management and execution discipline.
• In addition to leadership responsibilities, actively contribute hands-on to business execution, including direct involvement in key opportunities, customer engagements and strategic deals.
• The employee shall provide regular forecasts based on CRM data and ensure data quality.
• Ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
