Job summary

Daze is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Nordic Region, focusing on Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. You will operate autonomously in the Nordics, managing field activities, visiting clients, and driving Daze’s brand expansion across Europe.

You will report to HQ, collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial teams, and drive growth with distributors, CPOs, installers, EPCs, utilities, and partners. Strong English required; Denmark-based preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in the Nordics.
• Deep understanding of the Nordic EV ecosystem and distribution channels.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate with HQ remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with distributors and partners.
• Build and manage a network of key customers and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations, pricing, and contract terms with regional partners.
• Monitor local regulations and market trends in Nordic markets.
• Collaborate with HQ teams to align regional needs with global strategy.
• Represent Daze at trade shows and industry events in the Nordics.
• Meet and exceed revenue and expansion targets.
