At Eaton Corporation, the Sales Support Representative will be the go-to resource for our Sales Professionals in the Nordics and Baltics, supporting the Utility & Renewables sales team across the region.

You will book meetings, prepare materials, manage documentation, and assist in customer interactions to streamline the sales process and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate Salesforce records and KPI reporting.

Formación

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Electrical field.
• 2–4 years B2B or B2C sales experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce or SAP experience beneficial.
• Strong communication in English; Nordic languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and qualify leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Plan and manage customer accounts and sales activities.
• Identify customer needs and present solutions.
• Prepare quotes and support deal closure.
• Maintain Salesforce records, forecasts and KPIs.
• Coordinate delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
