Tour Partner Group in Copenhagen, Denmark is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support senior team members and manage tour logistics. You will coordinate accommodations, transport, and activities while maintaining client communication and ensuring smooth execution of travel experiences.

The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a high standard of English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Passion for travel and tourism with strong organizational ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Relevant education or coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in delivering operational excellence of tour itineraries.
• Coordinate logistics and bookings for accommodations, transport, and activities.
• Regularly liaise with Tour Leader to adjust the program and resolve issues.
• Prepare final travel documents and send to clients.
• Assist with client inquiries and provide information and support.
• Cross-check data across systems to ensure quotes are up-to-date.
• Support data entry across the operational cycle.
• Monitor payment conditions and invoices; report delays as needed.
• Provide cover for other departments when required.
