Job summary

Tour Partner Group in Copenhagen, Denmark is seeking a passionate Operations Coordinator to support senior team members, manage tour logistics, and help ensure seamless travel experiences for clients and their customers.

You will work within an international team, coordinating accommodations, transport, and activities, while communicating with the Tour Leader during tours to adjust plans and resolve issues. A hybrid work arrangement is possible.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• English written and spoken fluency.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in delivering operational excellence of tour itineraries and packages.
• Coordinate logistics and bookings for accommodations, transport, and activities.
• Maintain contact with Tour Leader during tours to adjust programs as needed.
• Prepare travel documents and send to clients.
• Assist with client inquiries and provide information and support.
• Cross-check data across systems to ensure quotes are updated.
• Support data entry across the operational cycle.
• Implement administrative changes as directed by TL.
• Monitor payment conditions and invoices for timeliness.
• Provide support for other departments as needed.
• Handle emergency phone communications and on-the-job training.
