Job summary

• Proven experience with Amadeus.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticketing and attendee management for domestic and international events, coordinating registrations, access, and reporting.
• Direct communication with clients as the primary project lead, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and negotiate contracts with suppliers (DMC, venues, catering, transportation).
• Manage budgets, pro-formas, and financial reconciliation, ensuring compliance with deposit terms and billing guidelines.
