Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking an experienced event and project manager to coordinate domestic and international meetings from concept to delivery. You will lead client communications, manage timelines and budgets, and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure superior service and value.

The role requires 2-3+ years in meeting planning, strong English communication, and willingness to travel; Danish language skills are a plus. Located in Copenhagen, Denmark, with a dynamic, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in meeting planning and project management.
• Proven experience with Amadeus and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and financial acumen.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticketing and attendee management for domestic and international events, coordinating registrations, access, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary project lead, communicating with clients, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and negotiate contracts with DMCs, venues, catering, and transportation.
• Manage budgets, pro-formas, and financial reconciliations, ensuring compliance with deposit terms and billing guidelines.
• Coordinate with web development and group travel teams on attendee registration websites.
