American Express Global Business Travel in Copenhagen is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our skilled team, delivering outstanding service to our corporate clients. You will advise and arrange travel, book domestic and international trips, and ensure compliance with travel policies.

You will work across phone, chat, and email, using Amadeus as the primary booking tool, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of travel experience, focused on business travel.
Native GDS expertise with Amadeus.
Professional communication in Danish and English (written and spoken).
Strong integrity and commitment to protecting traveller information.
Proven ability to resolve customer issues independently.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, changeable environment and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients.
Book domestic and international business travel across air, car, and hotel.
Use Amadeus as the primary booking tool (GDS).
Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, chat, and email.
Ensure compliance with travel policies, provider policies, and regulatory requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor by applying travel expertise to offer additional services.
Collaborate with team to meet goals and KPIs.
