The Logistics Specialist will coordinate with distribution partners, handle inquiries, and manage orders in Navision, while continuously improving processes and workflows across the team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with distribution partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Process orders in Navision ERP system.
• Develop and optimise internal team processes.
• Match invoices with stock and reconcile complaints (EDI).
• Improve return and claims workflows and daily operations.
