Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Student Assistant in Technology Procurement to support the Global Technology Procurement team. You will gain hands-on experience in strategic procurement and contract management while working with procurement professionals, contract managers, technology specialists, and business stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to technology initiatives, data analysis, and supplier management in a global organisation, with a flexible work arrangement and opportunities to learn and grow

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Legal, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate across diverse teams.

• Supporting sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and procurement projects across technology categories.

As our new Student Assistant you will be part of our Global Technology Procurement department, supporting stakeholders across Ramboll's international organisation.

In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience within strategic procurement and contract management in a global company. You will work closely with procurement professionals, contract managers, technology specialists, and business stakeholders. The position offers a great opportunity to develop commercial and analytical skills while contributing to technology initiatives that support Ramboll's business and sustainability ambitions.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Supporting sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and procurement projects across technology categories
• Maintaining and analysing procurement, contract, and supplier performance data to support decision-making
