Job summary

You know the menus in detail, manage stock and ordering, ensure proper storage, food safety, and presentation, and collaborate with hotel operations to support guest service across buffet, restaurant, room service and banqueting.

Qualifications

• Experienced in full buffet set-up in a hotel environment.
• Able to follow recipes precisely and meet presentation standards.
• Skilled in ordering ingredients and managing food production.
• Experience adhering to Danish health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Run your own kitchen section with consistency and care.
• Lead a small team and train junior staff.
• Maintain stock control and accurate orders to the Sous Chef.
• Ensure hygiene, portion control and waste minimisation.
