Job summary

Denmark is seeking a Junior Sales Engineer to join our team in Copenhagen. You will be the technical resource supporting the sales team with product demos, customer advice, and pre-sales sparring.

The role offers onboarding, ongoing technical training, and the chance to grow within cybersecurity advisory. You should speak German at native level and communicate in English, be based in or willing to relocate to the Copenhagen area, and have IT support/security education.

Your new job, what your day looks like:

As a Junior Sales Engineer you become an important technical resource working closely with our sales team. You will:

• Take part in technical meetings and run product demonstrations
• Advise customers on best practice and implementation of our technical products
• Act as technical sparring partner in the pre sales phase
• Run onboarding sessions and make sure customers get the most out of our products

We provide thorough training, and you will keep developing your skills as you take on responsibility and grow in the role.

We believe you:

• Speak and write German at native level, and communicate comfortably in English as well
• Are based in or ready to relocate to the Copenhagen area
• Have a relevant education within IT support, IT security or similar
• Are early in your career with an interest in IT, cybersecurity or similar
• Enjoy talking with customers and can explain technical topics simply and clearly
• Are structured, curious and keen to keep developing
• Take responsibility and are motivated by creating value for customers and colleagues
