Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company is hiring a Junior Key Account Manager for its Danish office in central Copenhagen. You will join a high-performing commercial team, support KAMs, and own smaller accounts with P&L responsibility in a hybrid setup.

We seek a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year in Sales/KAM roles, fluent Danish and English, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. The role offers a competitive salary, above-market bonus, and opportunities to grow within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales, KAM, Sales Coordination, or similar role.
• Experience in Grocery, FMCG, or Retail is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and trade materials with stakeholders.
• Manage assortment processes, GS1 updates, pricing inputs, and cross-functional coordination.
• Support KAMs with customer follow-up, forecasting, pricing, and execution.
• Prepare sales analyses, price simulations, and performance follow-ups for business decisions.
