Job summary

Assessio, a European SaaS provider, is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Danish team in Copenhagen. You will own the end-to-end journey from onboarding to renewal, building trusted relationships and translating HR challenges into business value.

You will also support customers transitioning to TalentSuite, monitor usage and health, collaborate with Sales, Product and Support, and drive adoption and expansion in a fast-growing HR tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or related client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of HR and Talent processes.
• Fluency in Danish and professional English.
• Consultative, advisory and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
• Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Translate HR/talent challenges into practical recommendations.
• Own Net Revenue Retention for your portfolio and identify churn risks and growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and adoption.
• Lead strategic customer meetings and success planning focused on measurable outcomes.
• Support customers during transition to TalentSuite and demonstrate business value.
