Job summary

ClickLearn in Copenhagen is seeking a junior Customer Success Manager for a one-year fixed-term maternity cover, part-time ~30 hours/week, designed to fit around a student’s thesis. You’ll join a CS team with a clear handover and ongoing support, reporting to CS Lead and CCO, with cross-team collaboration.

The role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow in SaaS Customer Success, with on-site or hybrid options depending on office policy in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or student worker welcome.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of customer accounts with full context and documentation.
• Build good relationships with customer contacts and drive product adoption.
• Understand ClickLearn features and help customers apply them in daily use.
• Support customer interactions with guidance from CS team.
• Track adoption levels and flag improvement opportunities.
• Notice early signs of dissatisfaction and escalate to the team.
• Direct customers to resources to support enablement.
• Share customer input with Product Team to close the feedback loop.
• Collaborate with teams across Customer Experience.
• Possible APAC support outside core hours.
