Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable. The role covers desktop/laptop troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and coordination with vendors for repairs.

You will support Office 365, network printers, and AV setups, ensuring high-touch service for VIP/end-users while adhering to SLAs and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and configure desktops/laptops to diagnose issues.
• Provide hands-on hardware support and peripherals maintenance.
• Have basic networking knowledge including DHCP, DNS, and LAN connectivity.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and network printers.
• Support Office 365 issues and related user accounts.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

Job Title: IT Support Specialist – Backfill

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and flexible IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable

Key Responsibilities

• :Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
• .Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software as per organizational standards
• .Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for IT assets
• .Handle hardware and software troubleshooting, including break-fix support
• .Coordinate with OEM/vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and escalations
• .Manage and maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and documentation
• .Perform system imaging for laptops and desktops
• .Support printer setup, troubleshooting, and network printer installations
• .Assist in conference room setup, AV support, and meeting room technologies
• .Provide VIP/end-user support with high-touch service
• .Support Office 365-related issues and general user account troubleshooting
• .Install and troubleshoot compliance/security software
• .Provide support for Mac devices alongside Windows systems
• .Ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
