Factbird is seeking a hands-on Senior IoT Solutions Engineer to join Engineering Services in Copenhagen. You will tackle technical problems beyond product and support, determine feasible data integration paths from PLCs, sensors, and older equipment, and document decisions for future teams.

Join a small expert team that pre- and post-sales collaborate across Cloud, FW, and HW to deliver robust, scalable custom solutions. Expect ownership and continuous improvement in processes and templates.

Map customer OT/IT environment, plan data sources, tag structures, transformations and security.
Root cause troubleshooting in live production with high stakes.
Document everything you build: solution records, runbooks, and wiring guides.
