Job summary

Noisy May is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales activities across customers and markets. You will coordinate orders, handle inquiries and assist with sales analysis to drive strong results.

You will work closely with the Sales and Product teams in a dynamic, informal environment, with occasional international travel and opportunities to grow professionally in fashion e‑commerce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinating role.
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Structured and proactive approach, able to manage several tasks and deadlines.
• Curious, digital mindset with interest in AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process orders for major online accounts and support sales activities.
• Follow deliveries, logistics and deadlines.
• Prepare sales statistics and reports for the team.
• Support sales meetings and presentations.
• Manage backend order flow and be the first point of contact for customers.
• Use performance tools to analyze and improve results.
• Participate in occasional business trips and international meetings.
