Job summary

Noisy May is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales activities across customers and international markets, combining customer contact, order coordination and sales analysis.

In a dynamic, informal environment, you will work with the Sales department and Product team, coordinating orders, preparing reports and supporting customer meetings. Travelling 15–20 days per year is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative or coordinating roles.
• Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured way.
• Curious, digital mindset with interest in AI tools to improve workflows.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process orders for major online accounts.
• Follow up on deliveries, logistics, and deadlines.
• Prepare sales statistics and reports for the team.
• Support sales meetings and presentations.
• Manage backend order flow and be first point of contact for customers.
• Use performance tools to analyze and improve results.
• Participate in occasional business trips and international meetings.
