Job summary

Max Mara Fashion Group, Copenhagen store, is seeking a Sales Assistant to welcome customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will demonstrate brand and product knowledge, stay ahead in the luxury market, and contribute to achieving store KPIs through a polished selling ceremony.

Visual merchandising and client engagement are key parts of the role. The position requires passion for fashion, a customer‑oriented approach, and fluent English and Danish.

Would you like to join our MaxMara - Copenhagen store as Sales Assistant?

The Sales Assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop
• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing clients
