Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is hiring an Inside Sales Engineer to drive the sale of aftermarket parts and services for customers in Denmark, supporting the Food & Pharma division. You will build value-driven relationships, understand customer needs, and develop quotes reflecting service value.

Based in Søborg or Kolding with occasional travel, you will use CRM and digital tools to manage leads, collaborate with capital sales teams, and contribute to profitable growth in the region.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in after-sales or service.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales practices.
• Fluent in Danish and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Conclude direct sales of Alfa Laval after sales products and services.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our service offering.
• Collaborate with capital sales teams to grow the Food & Pharma business in Denmark.
• Develop value-based quotes that reflect customer requirements and unique selling points.
• Use CRM and digital sales tools consistently to manage leads and support decision-making.
• Execute your activities in line with the local business plan to drive profitable growth.
