Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an Inside Sales professional to promote heat exchanger and separation products across the Nordic region. You will nurture leads, craft technical and value-based quotes, and support the sales team to close deals.

Based in Lund, Stockholm, Kolding, or Søborg, you will coordinate maintenance projects, balance customer needs with company processes, and ensure high satisfaction through proactive communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• Business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and sales-driven mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn new products and solutions.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.

Responsibilities

• Promote Alfa Laval products and services within the Nordic region.
• Develop technical and value-based quotes reflecting customer needs.
• Provide quotational support to colleagues in the sales team.
• Coordinate maintenance and service projects with structured workflows.
• Support customers during quotation process with technical assistance.
• Communicate technical knowledge to clients clearly.
