Job summary

Morpho Biotech is seeking an Independent Sales Consultant to expand our life sciences portfolio across the Nordics region. You will drive sales and business development with academic, biotech, pharma, and research organizations, building strategic partnerships and delivering demonstrations at customer sites and events.

Applicants should have 10+ years in life sciences sales, a strong Nordics network, and fluency in Nordic languages and English.

Qualifications

10+ years proven sales and business development experience in the life sciences.
Experience expanding sales across the Nordics.
Strong network within academia, biotech, pharma.
Fluent in one (or more) Nordic languages and English.

Responsibilities

Sell Morpho Biotech Nordics portfolio and drive BD.
Identify and open new market segments – suppliers and applications.
Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with key accounts and research orgs.
Develop Nordics sales and market expansion strategies in line with plans.
Organize product presentations, workshops and demos at customer sites and events.
Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics across Nordics.
