Job summary

BEC Financial Technologies is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help banks adopt new solutions, guiding change from early analysis through rollout and value realization. You will coordinate activities, create implementation materials, and apply ADKAR methods while collaborating with Product Management, Customer Account Management and agile development teams, and directly with bank representatives.

The role is based in Denmark with offices in Nordhavn and Roskilde, offering flexible hours

Job description

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team and help implement innovative banking solutions that make a real difference for banks, their employees, and their customers.

The Implementation Team supports BEC’s customers in successfully taking new business solutions into use. We focus particularly on initiatives and customer deliverables that involve significant change for users, employees, or customers in the banks.

As an Implementation Consultant, you bring a change and customer perspective from early analysis and planning through rollout, organizational anchoring and follow-up. You will provide implementation guidance and take a hands-on role in key implementation activities when required.

Depending on the situation, this includes change assessment, coordination, communication, webinars, training packages, go-to-market materials, and other implementation activities.

This role gives you the opportunity to collaborate across the BEC & Scoutz organization, including Product Management, Customer Account Management and agile development teams, as well as directly with representatives from the banks.

Your key responsibilities:

• Assess implementation complexity, customer impact, and the support needed by the banks.
• Develop fit-for-purpose implementation approaches and plans based on the needs of the business deliverable.
• Advise and support teams in developing implementation materials for successful implementation.
• Able to apply proven approaches such as ADKAR to support successful go-live, adoption and value realization.

To succeed in the role, you:

• Take ownership of your assignments and are comfortable working independently while actively collaborating and seeking sparring when needed.
• Have experience with implementation, change management, product adoption or similar activities.
• Understand organizational change management and are familiar with methodologies such as ADKAR.
• Have strong stakeholder management, training and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience from the financial and/or technology sector.
• Are familiar with agile ways of working.
• Are motivated by customer-centricity, user adoption and realizing value for the target groups.

Location and collaboration

The position involves working from both our Nordhavn and Roskilde offices. Physical presence is an important part of the role, as you are expected to be visible and collaborate closely with the domain, program and teams you support, as well as with your colleagues in the Implementation Team.
