Job summary

Bavarian Nordic is seeking a proactive People & Organization Generalist to join our People Experience team in Denmark. You will support employees and leaders with day-to-day HR, onboarding, employment changes and offboarding while driving compliant, efficient processes.

You will work hybrid from our Hellerup headquarters, partnering with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, P&O Legal and external mobility partners to deliver excellent employee experiences across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
Two years (or more) HR operations and employee lifecycle experience.
Understanding of employment law (DK) and strong compliance mindset.
Experience with Workday and Docusign is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding, employment changes, leave administration and offboarding.
Guide employees and leaders on HR policies, processes and benefits.
Maintain accurate, compliant employee data in our core HR system (Workday).
Drive global mobility activities and collaborate with external mobility partners.
Improve processes and contribute to P&O projects that enhance the experience.
