Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Solid HR operations experience handling employee lifecycle services.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, employment changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
• Guide employees and leaders on HR policies, processes, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and ensure compliance.
• Handle leave administration including parental leave.
• Drive global mobility activities with external mobility partners.
