Job summary

Dedalus is hiring a Customer Success Manager in Denmark to shape customer relationships and drive value realization across the region. You will lead delivery, support, and product alignment to ensure renewal, growth, and high customer satisfaction in a healthcare IT context.

In this role you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales, and Delivery teams, and advocate for customers in strategic discussions while driving regional growth in Denmark.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• Experience in healthcare IT or SaaS industry.
• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or Support Leader.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Experience with incident management, SLAs, and support operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer success, retention, and growth strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day customer operations and service delivery.
• Drive adoption and value realization of the Dedalus portfolio.
• Ensure profitability and renewals through upsells and advocacy.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Delivery, Support in Denmark.
• Represent the Danish customer's voice in strategic discussions.
• Oversee project management activities and cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain governance and communication with key customers.
