The ideal candidate has 7+ years in client relationships or strategic roles, strong communication, and a track record of driving project success across complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in client relationship management, consulting, or strategic business roles with proven ability to manage high-profile client accounts.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating with consulting teams.
• Strong ability to build rapport, articulate strategic insights, and present findings persuasively.
• Proficiency in managing complex projects with clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to drive client satisfaction and optimize project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Oversee multiple consulting engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
• Provide regular status updates, insights, and reports to clients and PMG leadership.
• Work alongside PMG consultants to refine strategies and address challenges.
• Identify potential project risks early and proactively develop solutions.
• Identify opportunities for expanding PMG's services within existing client relationships.
• Monitor client satisfaction metrics to ensure high-quality experience and foster long-term partnerships.
