Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Head of Operations for a Denmark-based multi-branch restaurant group. You will work directly with the CEO and senior leaders to drive profitability, scalable systems, and accountable ownership across branches.

You will lead managers, translate business problems into actionable plans, and leverage dashboards, AI, and automation to improve performance and customer experience. This role offers autonomy and executive growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations or business management with multi-location leadership.
• Proven experience managing managers and improving performance.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, costs, margins and unit economics.
• Comfortable with data, dashboards, and digital tools.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve performance across multiple restaurant branches through Area Managers and branch leaders.
• Establish roles, standards, decision rights, audits, and weekly management routines.
• Increase visibility into service, delivery, staffing, revenue, costs and margins with dashboards.
• Coach managers to own their areas and reduce escalations.
• Own the online customer journey from discovery to retention and optimize AOV.
• Develop pricing, promotions and bundles, and prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Identify profitability improvements by reducing leakage and bottlenecks.
• Turn opportunities into operating plans, pilots, partnerships, and new services.
