Job summary

Shine is looking for a Product Director, Customer Lifecycle, to own the end-to-end onboarding and lifecycle for customers across multiple European markets. You will lead PMs, collaborate with Compliance, Legal and Banking Operations, and drive multi-quarter roadmaps for onboarding, KYC/KYB, data integrity, and AML safeguards.

You will also push for AI-enabled improvements and embeddable onboarding across Shine platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product, with onboarding, KYC/KYB or financial crime experience.
• Experience hiring and leading product managers.
• Deep knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML screening, and fraud prevention.
• Clear written English; experience in regulated fintech.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Lifecycle roadmap end to end, including onboarding, verification, data, monitoring and closure.
• Lead and develop PMs and engineering leads; staffing and performance management.
• Deliver onboarding on the new platform across markets (Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, France migration).
• Automate onboarding validation, screening escalations, Re-KYC and account closure; minimize manual review.
• Build a unified customer data platform with registries and data sources.
• Define how embedded onboarding works for Shine products and partners.
• Track onboarding conversion, time-to-open accounts, and fraud-related metrics.
