Job summary

Shine, the Danish fintech, is seeking a Banking Business Unit Lead, Denmark to take full commercial ownership of bringing Shine Banking to the Danish market and embedding it into Shine’s product ecosystem. You will own revenue, costs, acquisition and growth, define positioning, go-to-market, and customer journeys, and lead cross‑functional teams across Product, Tech, Onboarding and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of commercial experience in banking, fintech or SaaS environments.
• Experience launching or scaling a new product, proposition or business line in Denmark.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, positioning and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Launch or scale Shine Banking in Denmark across product, marketing and commercial channels.
• Define positioning, messaging and value proposition for Shine Banking in the Danish market.
• Drive adoption and cross-sell Banking across Shine’s Danish customer base.
• Own Banking Denmark's revenue, costs and growth, with clear KPIs and forecasts.
