Job summary

Shine Denmark is seeking a Banking Business Unit Lead to own the Denmark Banking proposition from launch to growth. You will collaborate across Product, Tech, Onboarding, Marketing and CRM, shaping the Danish market strategy and ensuring Banking becomes a core part of Shine’s product ecosystem.

You will drive commercial performance, define channels and campaigns, and build activation and onboarding journeys to grow Banking customers in Denmark.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of commercial experience in banking/fintech.
• Experience launching or scaling a product, proposition or business line in Denmark.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Banking Denmark launch and growth; work with Product, Tech and commercial teams.
• Define positioning, messaging and GTM strategy for Shine Banking.
• Drive adoption across Shine ecosystem and embed Banking in customer journeys.
• Own Banking Denmark revenue, costs and KPIs, with forecasts and business cases.
